Yoga at Wendell Falls
As they say, it is not about the destination, it is about the journey.
I believe this to be true.
It takes a village, it takes a community, it takes willpower to find the joy.
Tuesdays are a treasure - simply because it is an opportunity to be in nature, to challenge discomfort of uncontrollable factors such as temperature, and to give the body the freedom to shake off excess energy from the day (or perhaps to attune it to the RIGHT energy), before nighttime.
I am so grateful for all who showed up to the first yoga class in Wendell Falls.
I also owe a big chunk of gratitude to Nate, who not only showed up help set up, but also has a heart of gold and a discipline to priorities that we should all find inspiring. (I know I do).
Thank you for this video, thank you for the energy, thank you for trusting yourselves in this journey.
